The Environmental Commission of the UPV met on March 29 to discuss the strategic axes of its new Sustainable Mobility Plan. The participatory workshop was facilitated by the company NOVOTEC – in charge of the mobility diagnosis – and focused on the following objectives:
- Encouragement of traveling on foot, by bicycle, and the use of collective public transport.
- Promotion of the rational use of private motorized vehicles.
- Sustainable management of the distribution of goods and the mobility of outsourced services.
- Promotion of the education and participation of the university community in terms of mobility.
