TRIC (Towards Innovative Communities)

TRIC (Towards Innovative Communities) is a European initiative designed to develop skills from uncertainty as part of European vocational education and higher education. Instead of viewing uncertainty as a threat, we turn it into a resource for personal and professional growth.

What is TRIC’s objective?

Transform uncertainty into an asset for individuals and communities: By building skills and structures, we have the opportunity to enhance well-being, learn together, and develop societies in unpredictable times.

Reform educational: To strengthen the ability of students and young professionals to navigate the transition from education to the workforce with the necessary resilience.

Standardization from uncertainty and the unknown: to view uncertainty as a natural part of life, study, and work, rather than as a problem to be solved or a frightening prospect.

Innovative tools: Develop a new TRIC digital app for daily reflection and learning, and a workbook for the Impact Strategy to help organizations better understand their social role.
