Straddling Galicia and New York, Bouzas’ work spans practice, teaching, curatorship, research, and publication. He is a professor at Cornell AAP and curator of Internalities, the Spanish Pavilion at the 2025 Venice Biennale, co-editor of Obradoiro, the magazine of the Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos de Galicia, and in Valencia we were fortunate to have his Mediterranean pavilion during the TAC! festival in 2023.
Su trayectoria ha sido reconocida con el Premio Princesa de Girona de las Artes 2025.
Su manera de entender la arquitectura es una llamada a pensar con las manos, a diseñar desde la materia y el territorio.
Next Thursday, October 16, we welcome him to the Aula Magna to talk to us about all this in his conference “Architectures for Territorial Equilibrium”.
Don’t miss it!
