There are different types of academic papers:
Final Degree Projects (former degrees): According to the Industrial Engineering School regulations, members of the university community are only allowed to access FDPs submitted during the last ten years, and must do so in the Industrial Engineering School Library Room, provided they are not confidential projects. Depending on their format, they are classified as follows:

FDPs in paper format: They cannot be accessed on the spot, since they are kept outside the Library Room, and they must be reserved from PoliBuscador. |

FDPs in electronic format: They can be accessed on the spot from the Projects computer located in the Library Room. |
Final Year Dissertations and Final Master's Dissertations (New degrees): They can be accessed through RiuNet, from the Internet, and the full text can even be downloaded if they belong to the Open Access collection.

FDPs in paper format, can be Accessible or Confidential: if they are accessible, they are found and reserved through PoliBuscador. |

They can be accessed through RiuNet, from the Internet, and they can be found in either the open or the closed access collection.

Closed collection: They are confidential papers and only the basic information is available: title, author, keywords, abstract...
