The Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) tenders the service for the drafting of the basic and execution project, as well as the project management of the comprehensive rehabilitation works of the historic Casa de los Caramelos, future cultural headquarters of the institution in the center of Valencia.
The building, acquired by the UPV in 2024, has a 433 m² plot and 2,228 m² of usable floor area, and is located on Conde Trénor and Muro de Santa Ana streets, in the Ciutat Vella district. Its heritage character adds technical complexity to the intervention, aimed at recovering and adapting the building to the new planned uses.
The future headquarters, called UPV Caramelos, is conceived as a multifunctional space that will host cultural, institutional and protocol events.
