Asunto: Invitation to Toulouse INP Erasmus+ BIP – Staff Training in Internationalization
Our international office is organizing an Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Program (BIP) on Staff Training in Internationalization, scheduled for June 1-5, 2026 at Toulouse INP (which includes ENSEEIHT, ENSIACET and AgroToulouse) and we would be very happy to see you there!
A key feature of the BIP format is collaboration between higher education institutions from different program countries.
We are reaching out to you as a valued partner to explore your interest in joining this initiative. We want to stress that this invitation comes from a genuine wish to strengthen the cooperation between our institutions and to deepen our mutual understanding, without imposing heavy organizational commitments.
Your institution would be one of the minimum required partners, which is essential for Erasmus+ eligibility. All logistical arrangements and management will be handled by our team, so your involvement can be minimal. Of course, your staff would be warmly welcome to actively participate in the program, if they wish, to benefit from the training and exchanges.
This BIP will be an excellent opportunity for professional development, knowledge sharing, and reinforcing bilateral ties. It will explore strategies and best practices in the internationalisation of higher education institutions. The program is designed to strengthen the European network, on one hand, and to share best practices and develop the capacities of International Relations services. Please find attached a provisional program for more details about the workshops and cultural activities. Moreover, please note that such an event has to be preceded by a short virtual component.
Could you please let us know by March 2, 2026 whether your institution would be interested in participating, and, if so, at which level of involvement?
Thank you very much for considering this collaboration. We truly hope you will join us in this innovative initiative, which we believe will bring great benefits to our staff and institutions.
We look forward to your response and to working together!
Warm regards,

You are warmly invited to participate in our international week from 9 November 2026 until 13 November 2026. Curious about what you can expect? Please keep on reading. This page includes important information about our event and a link to the registration form.
What is the purpose?
This year’s theme is the Future of Work in a Global Context: Advancing International Perspectives on Employability, Innovation and Skills Development and the event aims at both developing knowledge on this subject and enhancing our students’ intercultural understanding. Over 1000 THUAS-students from various faculties will participate.
What’s in it for you?
You will have a significant impact on our young professionals to be and broaden their horizons by educating and enhancing their vision and knowledge about the future of work in a global context, as globalization unites us all professionally and personally. You can inspire and get inspired by the whole setting of this event, expand your network with international colleagues from other universities and meet students from different faculties. Become part of our slogan: Let’s change you, us and the world!
The program
During the THUAS International Week we will offer a varied program to our students. As a visiting lecturer you have the freedom and creativity to come up with one or two activities you would like to facilitate. It is important to know that these should be related to the theme. Our students will have the opportunity to choose their desired activities beforehand. We highly encourage interaction as this will stimulate the engagement of our students in a positive way.
Lectures and workshops
On Wednesday the 11th of November and Thursday the 12th of November, 60-minute lectures with corresponding 120-minute workshops will be held. As mentioned above, the content should be related to the theme of the week. You will teach your lecture and host your workshop for approximately 60 students. Colleagues from our university will co-facilitate the workshop with you. Our aim is to link you to our colleagues before the week, to get acquainted. On Tuesday the 10th of November, we have reserved time for you to prepare the workshop together. If you are unsure whether your topic of interest will fit the theme of the week, just send us a message and we can discuss.
Interactive sessions and (social) activities
Besides the lectures and workshops, we will also organize interactive sessions and (social) activities which are meant to increase group cohesion, enhance cultural understanding and offer nice, engaging activities for our students. These activities will take place on Wednesday and Thursday in the afternoon and will last for 60 to 90 minutes. These do not have to be related to the theme of the week. Please fill out in the registration form if you would (also) like to facilitate such an activity.
There will be ample opportunity for you to get to know the university and network with other (visiting) lecturers.
Expenses
It’s possible for guest lecturers to apply for an Erasmus+ grant through their home institution to support their participation in the event. There is no registration fee required to participate. Participants will be responsible for covering their own travel, accommodation and daily allowance costs. We are happy to provide suggestions for accommodations in The Hague if needed.

The staff week will focus on key aspects of PhD mobility, with a particular emphasis on temporary doctoral exchanges, including different mobility formats, funding opportunities, mobility within university alliances, and the support of incoming doctoral candidates. Dear all,
Politecnico di Milano is pleased to announce its second International Staff Training Week, taking place in Milan from 12 to 15 October 2026. With this email, we kindly invite you to share this opportunity with potentially interested Technical and Administrative Staff at your institution.
The initiative focuses on how universities address student drop-out through data analysis, monitoring and strategic actions. In this context, particular attention will be given to the monitoring of student trajectories and the development and coordination of actions aimed at preventing student drop-out and fostering academic success.
The programme is designed for Technical and Administrative Staff involved in analytical, technical and organisational functions, including the management and use of information systems, data analysis and reporting. It is also addressed to colleagues working in student-facing services such as academic administration, orientation, onboarding, tutoring and broader student support services. By bringing together diverse professional perspectives, the Staff Week promotes an integrated and evidence-informed approach to student retention, encouraging the exchange of data-driven practices and experiences.
Key topics will include:
- Scientific framework and theoretical perspectives on student drop-out
- Data analysis and monitoring tools for drop-out prevention and reduction
- Overview of institutional actions and support services addressing student drop-out
- Impact evaluation of strategies and measures, and future strategic developments
You should consider applying if you:

Asunto: 3rd Staff Week Invitation Bursa Uludag University
Dear colleagues,
We are honored to invite you to the 3rd International Staff Week, which will be hosted by Bursa Uludağ University at its main campus in Bursa renowned as a capital of history and culture from October 12-15, 2026.
Our University comprises 15 Faculties, 2 Vocational Schools, 15 Vocational High Schools, 1 Conservatory, 4 Institutes, 27 Application and Research Centers, and 1 Research Center.
Applications for the event will be accepted from June 1 to July 12, 2026, and participation will be limited to 20 participants to ensure effective communication and meaningful exchange with academic and administrative staff. Special consideration will be given to international diversity, and a balanced representation from partner universities will be prioritized to foster future collaborations.
The primary aim of this event is to strengthen institutional relationships, get to know our partner universities more closely, and support our students in making informed decisions about learning mobility opportunities through direct interaction with international representatives.
In addition to presentations, networking sessions, and fair activities, the program will include faculty and department visits. As part of the agenda, a dedicated “Match-Making Event” will be organized by our Project Office. This session will focus on fostering new partnerships among participating universities, particularly in Erasmus+ KA2 projects and centrally funded international projects. Participants will have the opportunity to explore collaboration possibilities, exchange project ideas, and build consortia for future proposals.
For more information and the preliminary program, please find the attached program brochure.
We kindly ask you to share this invitation and brochure with colleagues who may be interested in participating. Selected participants will receive detailed program information along with their confirmation emails by late July.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at: erasmus@uludag.edu.tr
We look forward to welcoming you to Bursa and our University in October 2026.
Best regards,
Apti
