Smart Step is a projectERASMUS+ in which IDEAS UPVtransfers its knowledge to educational centers in Ghana, Cameroon and Nigeria so that they can improve their services in entrepreneurship and implement the StartUPV model in new incubators for their students.
The objective of Smart Step is capacity building in the field of vocational education and training (VET) which aims to improve the training programs offered in vocational education and training (VET) centers in Ghana and Cameroon. The project aims to prepare students for entrepreneurship and bridge the gap between the education system and the labor market.
This is achieved through a strategic partnership between African and European organizations, providing relevant technical support and expertise to both the private sector and civil society in the field of entrepreneurship.
Main objective: To prepare students in vocational training schools (VET) in Ghana and Cameroon for entrepreneurship, acting as a bridge between the education system and the labor market.
Duration: 36 months, from December 2022.
