IDEAS UPV participated in the annual meeting of mentors for the international startup mentoring program promoted by the ENHANCE Alliance, an initiative that connects university entrepreneurs with experts from the various European universities that are part of the alliance.
Through this program, mentors from participating institutions offer support to startups in key areas of their development, such as business model validation, internationalization, and the incorporation of sustainability as a strategic element. The Polytechnic University of València participates in this initiative through IDEAS UPV, which represents the university in the mentor network.
This year’s edition of the conference was held on June 29 and 30 at the Politechniki Warszawskiej (Warsaw University of Technology) and brought together mentors from across Europe to share experiences, methodologies, and tools aimed at improving support for entrepreneurial teams.
Under the slogan Mentoring Founding Teams in Times of Change i Mentoring Leadership and Management Skills for Startup Founders, the sessions will combine practical workshops and collaborative activities focused on developing mentoring skills. Participants worked on strategies to support startups in areas such as leadership, team management, idea generation, and decision-making in changing environments.
In addition to the exchange of knowledge and best practices, the meeting served to strengthen collaboration among the universities of the ENHANCE Alliance and to continue fostering a European ecosystem that supports university entrepreneurship.
