Aula Emprende: From Class to Market – Advanced training for teachers UPV

Are you looking for tools to identify entrepreneurial talent in your classes and motivate your students to take the leap into the market? Would you like to learn how to evaluate transversal entrepreneurial competencies with current criteria? From IDEAS UPV we are launching a new edition of our specialized training for teaching staff: Aula Emprende – From Class to Market.

Objectives: From the classroom to the real ecosystem

This course will not only allow you to learn about the entrepreneurial culture, but will also equip you with the necessary skills to:

  • Detect and guide students with an entrepreneurial profile.
  • Evaluate the transversal capacity for entrepreneurship of your students.
  • Apply practical tools management, scalability and detection of emerging technologies with a high potential for transfer (DeepTech and creation of spin-offs).

Calendar and Schedule

Training ison-site and will be held at the StartUPV Multipurpose Room (1st Floor, Building 9B, Valencia Campus), with a total of 17.5 hours lectures:

  • Tuesday, June 30: 11:00 – 14:30 h
  • Thursday, July 2: 11:00 – 14:30 h
  • Tuesday, July 7: 11:00 – 14:30 h
  • Thursday, July 9: 11:00 – 14:30 h
  • Tuesday, July 14: 11:00 – 14:30 h

Course structure

The training is divided into five modules designed to allow you to apply what you have learned directly in your teaching sessions:

  1. Detection and development: Methodologies to identify ideas with value.
  2. Business models: Resolution of complex challenges and practical work tools.
  3. Communication and scalability: Design of projections and keys to success.
  4. Emerging technologies: Identification of areas with a high potential for the creation of startups.
  5. Entrepreneurship at the UPV: Regulations on Spinoffs services of IDEAS UPV and direct contact with groups ofSpontaneous Generation and entrepreneurs to understand the real needs from the students’ perspective.
