PROCESSING OF THE INTERNSHIP AGREEMENT

By regulation it is necessary to register the student in the SIE database for internships, please register here

The signature of the documentation must be done with electronic signature with recognized digital certificate. Scanned signatures or electronic signatures not supported by a valid certificate will not be accepted. To check the validity of the signatures it is recommended to use the  link to the e-government portal.

Delivery of documentation:In general,the agreement must be delivered at least 10 calendar days of in advance (30 days if it is an internship in theforeigner). Partial and late submissions will not be accepted. Please note that if the documentation is incorrect, the start date will be affected.

Exceptions:

No documentation will be processed during the month of August. Therefore, if the internship beginsbetween July 26 and September 10all documentation must be submittedby July 16 at the latest.

Consult special delivery dates for other holidays such as Christmas and Easter, as they may vary.

1.INTERNSHIP AGREEMENT

The internships within the UPVand the special callsare formalized according to their specific indications.

The agreement is signed by: Student, UPV Tutor, Company Tutor and Company Representative, the order is irrelevant.

Delivery of documentation:

Once signedSEND the document to practicas@etsiadi.upv.es indicatingin the subject lineSurname, First name of the student + Start date of the internship”.

Important

  • The maximum weekly dedication is 40 hours.
  • The student will inform the company of his or her available hours and what is its modality, curricular and/or extracurricular.
  • The student will provide his or hertutor at UPV. If the internship is linked to a TFG or TFM, the internship tutor must be the same as the TFG/TFM tutor.
  • The company will propose thetraining project to perform
  • The company will provide the student with the student’scompany tutor and the intended form of follow-up
  • Theminimum bag The study assistance program is established in 5 €/hour,for the academic years 2025/2026 and 2026/2027. The payment of this grant will be made directly by the company to the student.
  • Discharge from the Social Security is obligatory and must be processed by the entity paying the assistance grant.

2.EXTENSION OF A PRACTICE

To ENLARGEthe internship: a new internship will be processed and a new agreement will be delivered.

3.MODIFICATION

To request changes, please fill in the   modification document  

To be signed in all cases by the Student and the Company Representative and by the tutors when applicable.

4.RESCISSION

To interrupt a practice, for a justified cause, you must fill out the termination document

To be signed with digital certificate by Student and Company Representative.
