This exhibition brings together a series of design projects that develop different products and new concepts of products and services to solve specific issues affecting blind people. The exhibition includes products for public use, cultural interpretation, mobility in the environment, elements for playing and practicing sports and learning games, among others.
The projects are the result of two courses of the subject “Design and Accessibility” of the Master of Design Engineering of the ETSIADI, in which we have worked with the Design Thinking methodology and interacting with blind people, on some of the problems faced by these people in their daily lives.
The selection of the projects, carried out in collaboration with ONCE staff, has been very restricted for space reasons, since the quality of most of the projects presented is very remarkable.
The general objective of these projects and of the subject is to investigate, observe and create products, services and environments that can be enjoyed equally by groups of people and consumers of different capacities with an active, participatory and autonomous sense at any stage of their lives.
From April 30 to May 15 at the ONCE FOUNDATION CRYSTAL ROOM.
