Writing, beyond being a means of communication, is a reflective process that connects thought, emotions and action. In the context of emotional intelligence, writing allows us to identify and manage internal states, structure chaotic thoughts, and resignify difficult experiences. Several studies support that the act of writing about our emotions can reduce anxiety, increase mental clarity and promote emotional well-being.
This workshop seeks to use writing as a powerful tool for the development of emotional intelligence and personal growth. Through introspective and expressive practices, it aims to facilitate the management of emotions, enhance self-knowledge, and strengthen self-esteem. In addition, creativity, interaction with others, and the ability to make decisions, solve conflicts and face problems in a constructive way are encouraged.
