Last Thursday 21st, the Sensors and Biosensors students of the Degree in Industrial Electronics and Automation Engineering (ETSI Aerospace and Industrial Design), accompanied by the professorsAndrea Bernardos and Patricia Nogueravisited the Multiscan Technologies facilities in Cocentaina. During the visit they were able to discover how different types of optical sensors can be used, for example, to discriminate the ripeness of blueberries or detect pistachios that do not meet quality standards.
In this way, they not only connected the theory learned in the course with real applications, but also learned first-hand about all the stages of a company dedicated to the manufacture of industrial machinery ⚙️: from design and programming to the manufacture of the machinery and after-sales service.
A very enriching experience for our future engineers!
