Deputy Director General of Urban Policies of the Ministry of Public Works (under different names) since 2007. Prior to that, she was legal advisor to the Ministry of Public Works and the Ministry of Housing on urban planning issues.
He has been a member of the drafting team of numerous state regulations on land and also sectorial: the successive Land Laws from the 1992 Consolidated Text until reaching the current Consolidated Text of the Law on Land and Urban Rehabilitation of October 30, 2015 and sectorial regulations such as Royal Decree 2591/1998, on the management of Airports of General State Interest; Law 10/2003 on public works concessions; the Preliminary Draft of the Law on Forced Expropriation (2003), etc. He continues to collaborate in the preparation of state regulations at present.
He has given and gives numerous conferences and participates in multiple national and international forums.
She is the author of numerous publications in urban planning journals and collective works.
