CONFERENCE: “Heritage value of the Huerta de Valencia in post-DANA’24 times.by Vicent Garcia Martínez.

The region of l’Horta has always been a territory, a landscape, strongly humanized. Throughout history, territorial transformations have been the consequence of human interventions carried out at certain historical “moments”. Slowly, by means of a slow process, we could say, of decantation or historical sedimentation, a complex territorial structuring was consolidated in the region of l’Horta (as a consequence of this permanent evolution). The dramatic consequences of the recent DANA force us to reflect on this evolution and to rethink the current territorial model.
