Which type of UPV ID card can you apply for?	UPV ID Card
Where can you apply for it?	At the school or faculty where you are registered
Which documents do you need to provide?	Photocopy of your National ID Card or passport Passport-sized photograph Application Form
Where and when do I get it?	The card will be sent to the holder's home address within 20 to 30 days after applying for it
For how long is it valid?	For 4 years

Teaching and research staff

Where can you apply for it?	At the Human Resources Office
Which documents do you need to provide?	Nothing
Where and when do I get it?	The card will be sent to the holder's home address within 20 to 30 days after applying for it
For how long is it valid?	Permanent staff: For 4 years

For how long is it valid?	Until the student completes the Master's or University Expert's Degree in which s/he is registered

PhD students

Where and when do I get it?	The card will be sent to the holder's home address within 20 to 30 days after applying for it
For how long is it valid?	For 1 academic year

Postgraduate students during their PhD dissertation-writing stage

For how long is it valid?	Until the viva voce examination
