Until May 29th you can submit your applications for the call for Columbiello 2026-27. This call consists of an ECONOMIC AID for the travel and production of an artistic project linked to Columbiello and its region, with the aim of promoting artistic contributions of the plastic area corresponding to the artistic performance and poetic languages that contribute to the promotion and dissemination of this Asturian rural environment, its ethnographic heritage and Asturian culture.
- REQUIREMENTS
All students of the Master’s Degree in Artistic Production studying at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the Universitat Politècnica de València during the 2025-2026 academic year are eligible to participate;
- AMOUNT
The artistic production residency is financed by the Master’s Degree in Artistic Production and the Columbiello artists’ group. On the part of the Universitat Politècnica de València a grant of 300 euros will be awarded, applicable to the year 2026, to which the corresponding retention will be applied according to current regulations. This call will be financed as follows:
– 150 euros at the expense of the Universitat Politècnica de València in order to cover the round trip València-Columbiello and Columbiello-València;
– 150 euros to be paid by the Universitat Politècnica de València to cover the costs of consumables for artistic production;
For its part, the group of artists and cultural association of Columbiello, whose representatives are the artists Nieves Correa and Abel Loureda, with the support of the Municipality of Columbiello, will cover the accommodation of the participants and the daily allowance during the 7 days of the residency;
