The Skills UP program aims to enhance the employability and entrepreneurial skills of the selected students.
Aimed at students and graduates who develop valuable extracurricular activities in the university environment (Spontaneous Generation, Student Delegation).
Our objective is to promote the professional careers of the project participants.

Program phases
The program consists of 3 phases: SELECTION – TRAINING – MATCHING
PHASE I: Selection. Analysis by competencies.
November to December 2024
BAREMING:
- Final year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or graduate within the last 12 months at the most.
- Actively participate in a Spontaneous Generation and/or Alumni/Student Representation group.
- Proof of English (Level B2).

Assessment Center
PHASE II: Training
From January 28 to March 25, 2025 (Tuesdays and Thursdays)
Training in the business areas of the participating companies. Masterclasses given by the business area of the collaborating companies.
