PROMOTIONS
VICE-RECTORATE FOR EMPLOYMENT AND LIFELONG TRAINING
Responsible for the initiatives and activities of the UPV in the field of employment aimed at the employability of students and graduates, for the promotion and management of the company chairs program and for coordinating the offer of lifelong learning.
Among its functions are those of promoting, organizing and supervising internships in companies and institutions as well as initiatives aimed at promoting employability. It is also in charge of coordinating the Business Chairs Program, directing the Employment Observatory and Lifelong Learning.
AREA OF BUSINESS AND EMPLOYMENT CHAIRS
It allows to establish a wide and qualified collaboration between companies, foundations and other entities with the Polytechnic University of Valenciato develop objectives of general interest (teaching, awards, recognitions and specific research).
This mechanism is very useful to increase the visibility of the university in society and promote employability, as it is transversal and can become the intersection point of university, business and public administration interests, opening up the relationship between university and society.
