CRUE University Talent and Business

The Vice-rectorate for Employment, Lifelong Learning and Languages, through the Integrated Employment Service, participated in the event of the presentation of the publication “University Talent and Business: profile assessment, recruitment and future of employment in Spain”, on October 30 in the Professor Botella room of the Faculty of Medicine of the Complutense University of Madrid, organized by the CRUE.

From the Employment Observatory of the Vice-Rector’s Office, as a member of the Subgroup of Observatories of the Employment Group of the Student Affairs Commission of CRUEwe are pleased to be able to publicly share the study with the public.“University Talent and Business: profile assessment, recruitment and the future of employment in Spain”..

Driven by the  Subgroup of Observatories of the Employment Group of the Student Affairs Commission of CRUEThis work brings together, in seven chapters, the perspective of almost 7,000 Spanish companies on the training, skills and profiles of university graduates, as well as on the university-industry relationship, talent selection processes and future hiring forecasts. The project has involved the participation of more than 50 public and private universities in an unprecedented joint effort in Spain.
