On November 10, the Mercadona IT Hackathon was held, an intensive day in which teams of students from the Universitat Politècnica de València faced real technological challenges proposed by Mercadona IT professionals.
The event, organized within the framework of the Mercadona IT – UPV Chair, aims to bring students closer to the reality of working in high-level technological environments, encouraging teamwork, creativity and problem solving in real contexts.
The Hackathon is part of the activities promoted by the Mercadona IT Chair, created in collaboration between Mercadona and the UPV. The Vice-Rectorate for Employment, Lifelong Learning and Languages, through the management of the Chairs by the Integrated Employment Service, confirms its commitment to the training of highly qualified professionals who respond to market demands.
