The campus will once again be filled with music, flavours and traditions thanks to the meeting promoted by the exchange students.
Music that crosses borders, flavours from different corners of the world and a symbolic passport to travel without leaving the campus. Once again, the Gandia Campus of the Universitat Politècnica de València will celebrate the Festival of Cultures. The event, which will take place on May 28, is promoted by the exchange students.

“Let’s celebrate diversity”
Under the slogan “Let’s celebrate diversity”, the Festival of Cultures “invites the entire university community to enjoy an immersive cultural experience,” according to the organizers. The aim of the event is to promote internationalization and to publicize “the customs and traditions of the different cultures represented by the campus student body.”
During the day there will be “dances, music, crafts, creative workshops and games”. And those who wish to take a break can go to the dessert stand, where they can exchange tickets to taste typical sweets from different countries.
In addition, this year, “to make the event even more inclusive, associations such as Ukraine Unites Hearts, Hispana Gandiense or the CEPAIM foundation will also participate”.
The program will begin at 12:30 p.m. with the delivery of the “festival passports”, a dynamic that will allow visitors to visit the different stands and get stamps on each visit.
The Festival of Cultures will once again bring together students and staff of the Gandia Campus in a meeting that will highlight the cultural diversity among the university community.
Festival of Cultures, Thursday, May 28, from 12:30 to 15:00, in the agora of the Gandia Campus.
