Center management report

Based on the center’s results report, the center’s management team or dean’s office, coordinated by the person responsible for the center’s quality, prepares the Center Management Report (IGc), which includes:

  • Analysis and reflection on the operation and actions carried out by the center in the following aspects: orientation of teaching to students, resources and services, linkage with the environment and training offer;
  • Analysis and reflection on the quality policy and objectives: alignment with the UPV quality policy and definition and/or revision, if applicable, of the center’s quality objectives;
  • Proposal of new improvement actions for the center, taking into account the analysis of the proposals for improvement actions for the degrees, follow-up of the improvements in progress and closure of the improvements already completed or cancelled.
  • Overall assessment: main strengths and future vision of the center;
  • Suggestions for improvement of the SIQ_UPV.

The analysis of the information makes it possible to assess both the maintenance and updating of the training offer, as well as the relevance and needs of resources and services;

The cQI is approved by the ERT through its collegiate bodies and submitted to the Quality Commission of the UPV for evaluation, after technical review. During the evaluation of the CQI, the Quality Commission may propose improvements to be included by the ERT, and identify among the implemented improvements those that can be considered good practices for having demonstrated their effectiveness for continuous improvement;

In order to ensure transparency, the cQI, once approved and evaluated by the Quality Commission of the UPV, is published on the corresponding web page of the center, as well as on the website of the area responsible for quality;
