The Center’s Management Report aims to present, in a systematic and verifiable manner, the results of the Center’s operations during the evaluated period, within the framework of the Internal Quality System (SIQ_UPV).
Its objectives are as follows:
- Integrate quantitative and qualitative information from diverse sources, both internal and from external verification, monitoring, and accreditation reports.
- Assess compliance with the Center’s Quality Objectives, analyzing their alignment with strategic lines and the degree of achievement of planned goals.
- Support decision-making by providing a diagnosis based on indicators and qualitative information that allows for prioritizing actions and guiding the Center’s strategic planning.
- Analyze the results obtained in the key processes of the SIQ_UPV (planning and development of academic programs; student learning experience; resource and service management; public information and accountability) to determine their effectiveness and efficiency.
- Identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement through a critical review of degree program results and the activities carried out at the Center.
- Promote continuous improvement by proposing initiatives that enhance the quality of degrees, services provided, and the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
- Ensure transparency and accountability to stakeholders.
The Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP) is initially approved by the ERT through its Quality Committee and submitted to the UPV Quality Committee for evaluation, following a technical review. During the CIP evaluation, the Quality Committee may propose improvements for inclusion by the ERT and identify, among the implemented improvements, those that can be considered best practices due to their demonstrated effectiveness in promoting continuous improvement.
With the aim of ensuring transparency, the IGc, once evaluated by the Quality Commission of the UPV, is definitively approved by the School or Faculty Council and published on the corresponding website of the center, as well as on the website of the area responsible for quality.
