Presentation of the degree

This degree trains students with a solid scientific and technological base to enable them to design, build, manage, advise, operate or improve organizations, production systems, processes, services and information systems in order to promote the competitive advantage of the companies, taking into account the technological and human aspects as well as the economic viability of the proposals designed.

Career opportunities

You will take on responsibility positions over people and equipment in the areas of operations, production or quality control of industrial companies. You will also be able to choose positions with commercial responsibilities or in the prevention of occupational hazards. Other areas of professional development include Public Administration, research, teaching and consulting or logistics services.

International mobility and internships

You can take a semester in universities from over 30 countries with which the School have signed academic exchange agreements, or take a semester in another Spanish university.

You will have the chance to carry out professional internships in any of the many private and public companies and institutions with which the School has signed agreements, often aimed at completing your final degree project.

Further studies

You may request access to any university master's degree at the UPV. However, your profile will be very suitable for access to the Master's Degree in Advanced Production Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain and the Master's Degree in Business, Products and Services Management.

To access other university master's degrees you may be required, in some cases, to previously complete complementary training courses. Specifically, to access the Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, which enables the exercise of the profession of industrial engineer, you must previously complete the corresponding complementary training.
