The Office of the Vice-Chancellor for Studies, Quality Assurance has launched Virtual UPV, a new platform with the goal of making things easier for students and teaching staff in the current context of sanitary crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Virtual UPV includes sections about class planning and organization, ideas on how to follow classes, suggestions and guidelines for students and recommendations for both teaching staff and students regarding assessment and evaluation.
The new website also includes sections offering examples of good practice and answers to frequent questions both students (how to join a class/meeting scheduled by an instructor, how to create teams to work with co-students, how to organize a group meeting, how to request an individual meeting with your instructor, how to share your screen with others during a meeting…) and tips for teaching staff (creating teaching content, remote classes, recording classes, resources, data protection and security…).
Do not let this stop you, make good use of all the resources and recommendations available on Virtual UPV.
