Likewise, those established in the  Pre-registration and Admission Regulations for university master’s degree courses at the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV).

In the latter case, the UPV’s Service for Students with Disabilities (CEDAT Foundation) will be responsible for assessing each case in order to issue the relevant report on the appropriateness of formalizing pre-registration for a UPV master’s degree for this quota of reserved places. For this purpose, the interested party will provide the above mentioned Service with the information and supporting documentation required for the assessment of his/her application.

General requirements for admission to a Master’s Degree at the UPV

Students who meet the access requirements may be admitted to a master’s degree in accordance with the specific requirements and merit assessment criteria established by each university master’s degree in accordance with section 5 of article 18 of the aforementioned Royal Decree 822/2021. Reference grades and related grades:

The Degree in Agri-Food and Rural Engineering from the UPV is the official university degree that has been used as a reference for the design of the syllabus of the Master’s Degree in Agronomic Engineering. Consequently, this is considered the reference Degree and its graduates, in accordance with the merit assessment criteria established in the following section, will be admitted, if applicable, without training complements to the aforementioned Master’s Degree. Degree in Forestry Engineering, Degree in Environmental Engineering, etc.) that meet the access requirements and that, after establishing by the ERT, the training complements to be taken in order to acquire the competences established in the order CIN/323/2009 do not exceed 24 ETCS, will be able to access the master’s degree. For the rest of applicants who meet the access requirements, the ERT will establish the training complements up to a maximum of 24 ECTS. Graduates in Technical Engineering from the previous regulation must previously obtain the corresponding Bachelor’s Degree. These training complements are established by the CAT for each student according to their degree of origin and will not be considered a prerequisite for admission and enrollment in the master’s degree, but may be taken simultaneously. The complementary courses will consist of subjects belonging to the degree of reference for access to the master’s degree. These training complements will guarantee the acquisition of the competences defined in the order CIN/323/2009. Students who have been assigned training complements will formalize their enrollment in these complements in the same academic year in which they access the university master’s degree. In no case may the master’s degree be obtained without having previously passed the training complements.
