The students of the Master’s Degree in Food Safety and Quality Management at the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) have now officially graduated
Last Friday, we proudly celebrated their graduation in a joint ceremony with the Master’s in Food Science and Engineering. Both programs, coordinated by FoodUPV, have once again demonstrated why they are considered national benchmarks in their respective fields.
This academic year has been particularly meaningful for our master’s program: all available places were filled by students from various regions of Spain and several Latin American countries. This diversity enriches the learning environment and provides an essential international perspective to face the global challenges of the food sector.
We had the honor of welcoming Vicente Barberá Navarro, co-founder of Viromii, as the ceremony’s sponsor. His inspiring words encouraged our graduates to embrace innovation, entrepreneurship, and transformation in the food industry, motivating them to play a leading role in shaping its future.
The success of these programs would not be possible without the commitment, dedication, and excellence of the teaching staff. Their efforts have been vital in training highly qualified professionals, prepared to take on the current challenges in food safety and quality.
From the master’s team, we want to thank everyone who helped make this edition a milestone in our journey. And of course, congratulations to our new graduates! Your effort, perseverance, and enthusiasm have left an indelible mark.
