Once again this year, a new course of the Master’s Degrees in Food Science and Engineering (MUCIA) and Food Safety and Quality Management (MUGSA), coordinated by the FoodUPV research institute of the Universitat Politècnica de València.

Both masters have covered all the places, receiving nearly 200 pre-registration applications, which reflects the continued interest and confidence in the training offered by FoodUPV and the Universitat Politècnica de València, whose main objective is the training of qualified professionals in the areas of R&D and quality in the agri-food sector.
On the first day, there was time for everything: from explaining how the master’s degree works, to listening to the experiences of previous courses. In addition, there was time for students to get to know each other better through dynamics that strengthen team spirit, a skill that is strongly encouraged throughout the course.
We wish you a year full of learning and success!
