Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Networks and Systems
This degree provides comprehensive, multidisciplinary training in the field of telecommunications networks, focusing on the technologies required for the design and implementation of both wireless and wired communication networks and systems. It is taught in English by the Beihang Valencia Polytechnic Institute (BVPI), with an international and highly practical focus.Through this degree, you will develop skills in areas such as signal theory, communications systems, telematic networks, microwaves, antennas and communications electronics, as well as in emerging technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT) and artificial intelligence.

Career options
Upon completing this degree, you will be able to work for telecommunications operators, i.e. companies offering fixed-line, mobile, fibre-optic, satellite or corporate communications services. You will also be able to pursue a career in companies that manufacture telecommunications equipment, including antennas, base stations, routers, transmission systems, satellite equipment, etc. Another option is technology and software companies, which increasingly require experts in networking, the cloud, and distributed infrastructure. Furthermore, you will be able to work in cybersecurity and the Internet of Things (IoT), including connected devices in homes, cities, industry, and transport…
International mobility and work placements
The degree programme has a clear international focus, as it is taught at the Beihang Valencia Polytechnic Institute (BVPI) by Academic Staff from Spain, China and other countries. Additionally, it incorporates practical experience through laboratories and projects, enabling students to apply their knowledge in real-world situations and develop technical skills in the use of specialised software and hardware


Further study
This degree provides a basis for pursuing the Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence Technologies, which is also taught at the BVPI.
