Infrastructure Planning Area Directorate
The Infrastructure Planning Area Directorate is responsible for the conception, development and supervision of new constructions and the improvement of existing infrastructures at the UPV. Among its competencies are the coordination of the Technical Office, in charge of the design and execution of construction projects; the management of singular infrastructures that require specific solutions; the planning and development of physical communications; the implementation and updating of signage on campus; as well as the provision and maintenance of institutional furniture. All of this with the aim of ensuring a functional, accessible environment that is consistent with the principles of sustainability and efficiency.
Directorate of Space Management and General Services Area
The mission of the Area of Space Management and General Services is to organize and coordinate the efficient use of university spaces, as well as to ensure the proper functioning of the general services that support the daily activities of the UPV. This area is in charge of the temporary and permanent management of spaces, access control and security on campus, the organization of parking lots, coordination of furniture transfers, management of the mail service and attention to lost objects. Their work is key to ensuring a safe, orderly and well-equipped university environment for the benefit of the entire university community.
