Vice-Rectorate for Infrastructure and Campus Coordination

The Vice-Rectorate is responsible for planning and implementing new infrastructure, as well as improving the existing one. Its work includes the coordination of the campuses in aspects related to buildings, large equipment, facilities, university security and general services. Its specific functions are:

  • Campus planning: Supervising the construction of new buildings, installations and equipment, all within the framework of the Infrastructure Master Plan.
  • Proposals for improvement: Suggesting actions for the modification or extension of university buildings, installations, and equipment.
  • Space management: Planning and coordinating the management of spaces within the university.
  • Services coordination: Managing university security, access and car parks, and general services.

The Infrastructure Planning Area, the Space Management and General Services Area, the Infrastructure Service, and the General Services Unit report to the Vice-Rectorate.
