Rate your satisfaction with the services provided by the UPV by filling out the Pegasus program survey before March 22nd.
The Universitat Politècnica de València has launched the Pegasus survey to collect the opinion of the university community on the quality of the services provided by administrative, technical and management units.
This initiative, which is carried out every year, aims to measure the satisfaction of students, faculty and administrative and service personnel, with the ultimate goal of continuous improvement of the services provided and received by users.
All members of the university community are invited to participate in the survey Rate the UPV through the email that we have already received. Also from the app miUPV and poliFormaT.
The answers are confidential and the results are important for the UPV management to improve the way of doing things and to recognize the efforts of the units and people who work there.
Participating is easy elect the UPV services you have used in the last year and tell us your opinion about them. Rate the information you received when you used them; whether it was easy to request the service; if the time frame was adequate; how you were treated; and if there are things you think could be improved.
The deadline for completing the survey is March 22, 2026.
