The UPV recognizes each year the 25 best teachers at the secondary level: ESO, baccalaureate and training cycles. This distinction is proposed by the first-year student body. to those teachers who in their daymarked them for their exceptional abilitiesI am proud of their dedication, their mastery of their subject, their patience, their involvement and their ability to motivate them.
With this initiative, UPV seeks to strengthen its relationship with secondary school teachers. This recognition helps to building bridges between the two educational stages and creating links between them.. The university recognizes the good work of middle school teachers;Their efforts and dedication are valued.In addition, an act of this kind helps to dignify the profession and identifies the fundamental and essential role of the secondary school teacher.
In the editions that the UPV has been carrying out, there masterful arriving from any corner of the Comunitat Valenciana: Vinaròs, Segorbe, Benidorm, Elda, Villena, Alcoy, Vilamarxant, Cullera, La Pobla de Vallbona… Teachers who teach mainly technical subjects – Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Technology, Technical Drawing, Computer Science… – but also Valencian, Spanish or Geography and History.
The awards ceremony is held at the Gandia Campus.
