Docentia_UPV is structured in three dimensions:
- Planning and development of teaching. This is the main novelty with respect to the previous model.
DOCENTIA above. This dimension is basically qualitative. - Learning outcomes. It is structured through two standards, in such a way that a
one displays the general results of the teacher’s teaching performance, and the other displays the teacher’s
reflection on the results achieved and the review and improvement of the teaching work on the part of
of the teacher. - Teaching development. It includes all those complementary actions that allow and
facilitate that the teacher develops the necessary competences to be able to cover the
different teaching profiles.
The Academic Activity Index (DAI) is fully incorporated into the new Docentia_UPV model in dimension 3 of Teaching Development.
