The annual meeting of WP2 (Human Dimension) of the ENHANCE alliance, led by Gdańsk University of Technology and organized this year by Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) In Trondheim, the event brought together representatives from the various partner universities participating in this working group to advance initiatives related to personal development, inclusion, and innovation in higher education.
Throughout the conference, participants shared ENHANCE’s key achievements and work plans in areas such as training and professional development for university staff, support for researchers and doctoral students, and international mobility and collaboration activities.
In addition, a workshop was held on intersectional identities and well-being in the workplace, which encouraged reflection on diversity, equity, and inclusion in universities.
Finally, the participants discussed the challenges and opportunities that artificial intelligence presents for teaching and learning, exploring new ways to create innovative learning spaces and to support teachers in adapting to this new educational landscape.
