The Technische Universität Berlin has organised this course in collaboration with other ENHANCE universities. Five students from our university are taking part and have recently completed their stay in Berlin, from 9 to 13 March.

This course explores the extent to which gender and diversity should be understood as contextual outcomes of historical, political, social and cultural processes. Students develop the skills to critically and reflectively understand and assess how social inequality is structured through science and technology.
During February, participants attended an online welcome session and completed the first module remotely. The second module was delivered in person in Berlin and focused on group work, debates, classroom activities and cultural excursions. The final module will be completed online during April with the support of the teaching staff, and students will present their work to conclude the course.
