Over the past two years, the ENHANCE Alliance has been offering an international mentoring program for startups. Mentors from all the universities in the Alliance are available to help evaluate the idea, expand into international markets, and integrate sustainability as a strategic advantage. The UPV is represented in this program by IDEAS UPV.
As part of this initiative, the mentors meet annually. This year’s meeting took place at the Warsaw University of Technology June 29 and 30. The workshops were titled “Mentoring Founding Teams in Times of Change” and “Mentoring Leadership and Management Skills for Startup Founders“.
During these sessions, which were eminently practical and collaborative in nature, participants explored various methodologies and tools applicable to supporting startups—both to address challenges related to team dynamics and management and to facilitate the exploration and development of new ideas. The event also provided an opportunity to reflect on best practices in mentoring, gain new perspectives on entrepreneurial support, and strengthen collaboration among European institutions committed to training and fostering entrepreneurial talent among university students.
