Requests or incidents related to private spaces (mainly offices and laboratories) THAT ARE NOT RELATED TO AIR CONDITIONING must be managed by the interested party using PRISMA. Authentication on the UPV intranet is required.

PRISMA can be accessed from your UPV intranet, under ‘Services’, ‘Maintenance Service’ section, ‘Prisma4: incident management and maintenance requests’ option.
