Looking for accommodation to study at the UPV?
The Universitat Politècnica de València helps its students free of charge to find accommodation that suits their expectations and needs. To this end, it maintains a database that serves as a meeting point between students and individuals offering rooms in shared flats, accommodation with a family, or flats to rent.
The Universitat Politècnica de València is not liable to either party for the conditions of the accommodation, the behaviour of the tenants, or the fulfilment of payments. Its service simply aims to make the search easier for students. Its role is merely that of an intermediary between students and owners.
Both the agreement on the accommodation conditions and the rental contract will be arranged directly between the two parties. Under no circumstances will the Universitat Politècnica de València accept claims related to these matters.

Submitting property offers
Owners who wish to add their flat rental offers to the database (or students looking for flatmates to share a flat) must fill in the form below with the offeror’s first and last name, contact phone number, type of accommodation, the flat’s location, the number of available rooms, the general features of the property (the more complete this information, the better) and its price.
