Thisfriday, april 11the Casa de la Ciència de València will host a special event to commemorate theWorld Quantum Physics Dayan event that seeks to bring this fascinating branch of science to the general public. Organized by institutions such as Quantum Spain, the Universitat de València, the Universitat Politècnica de València, the CSIC and the IFIC, the event will be held from17:00 to 19:00 hours with two lectures open to the general public.
The first intervention, byAndreu Anglèswill focus on theHistory of Quantum Physicswhile the second talk, conducted byMíriam Lucio yRodrigo Martinezwill focus on theQuantum Computing today: technologies, advances and challenges. The activity will take place atthe Casa de la Ciència (C. Bailía, 1, Ciutat Vella, València) and is part of the initiatives to promote scientific dissemination and give visibility to the emerging role of quantum physics in current technological development.
