Young creators from the UPV make their way into Espai Nivi withEvery creation is a question
The GalleryEspai Niviinaugurates the nextFebruary 6, at 12:30hthe exhibitionEvery creation is a question, a project that brings together the works of six young artists trained at the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) and linked to the Master in Artistic Production. The exhibition presents the artists awarded by Espai Nivi in the last edition ofPAM!25This is a bridge between the public university and the independent fabric of the city, and offers this new generation a first professional platform from which to position themselves in the Valencian art scene.
Curated byAlejandro Mañas García yLaura Silvestre García professors at the Universitat Politècnica de València, the exhibition is based on a clear idea: contemporary art is not legitimized by the answers it offers, but by the intensity of the doubts it is capable of sustaining. Far from seeking a closed discourse, the project turns the room into a space of listening and resonance, where the works question the visitor and invite him to ask himself how he wants to live in a world marked by uncertainty, precariousness and daily acceleration.
The proposals ofÁlex Jover,Diana Quintana,Marcos Boluda,Mateo Mendez,Arturo Sanchez yCelia Fillol de Miguel trace a path that goes from the dissident body to intimate rituals, from domestic time to memories in transit. Installations, sculptures and photographic pieces build a material landscape made of fabrics, ash, sugar, mud, bioplastics, ceramic supports, brass or silk-screened images, where each choice of material also becomes a way of thinking about the present.
More than celebrating “finished works”,Every creation is a question focuses on the process as the core of artistic practice. Many of the pieces are presented as open organisms, landscapes that are transformed with the passage of time or surfaces that record the trace of error, correction and insistence, reminding us that all creation implies exposing oneself, doubting and sustaining fragility as part of the path. In a social context that rewards immediate answers and instantly consumable images, the exhibition vindicates contemplation as an act of resistance: to stop, look calmly and accept that some questions deserve to be inhabited rather than resolved.

The formative and community dimension of the project is fundamental. Emerged as a prize of the Gallery within PAM!25, a platform that makes visible every year the artistic research of the Faculty of Fine Arts, the exhibition helps young creators to take a decisive step towards professionalization, enter into dialogue with other cultural agents and begin to weave networks beyond the academic framework. For the UPV and the Master in Artistic Production, this collaboration reaffirms the commitment to a teaching that understands the university not as a bubble, but as a laboratory open to the environment, capable of activating new narratives and providing critical thinking to the cultural life of the city.
In Espai Nivi, the public will find a careful, close and accessible space, where each work works as an invitation to look differently at what seems already known: the body itself, the house, family memory, shared symbols or migratory paths that cross biographies and territories. More than offering slogans, the exhibition aspires that each visitor leaves with one or several questions of his own, perhaps small but persistent, that accompany his daily life beyond the exhibition hall.
