Admission in the case of students with disabilities

For students with specific educational needs arising from a disability, appropriate support and advisory services will be established to assess the need for curricular adaptations, alternative pathways or studies, through the support of the UPV CEDAT Foundation.

The UPV CEDAT Foundation provides information and advice to members of the university community with disabilities, as well as classroom support and accompaniment. In addition, it provides technical study aids to those students who require them due to their special educational needs. It also promotes and manages training and employment initiatives for this group, both inside and outside the UPV campuses, and offers various services through its Special Employment Centre.

Likewise, the foundation carries out projects for the removal of architectural and urban barriers, comprehensive accessibility plans, accessibility audits, project reviews, and advice and design of ideal accessibility models.
