Description of the title
The Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering is a program aimed at training professionals capable of addressing current environmental challenges. This master’s degree provides solid training in the analysis, prevention and correction of environmental damage, as well as in the improvement of environmental quality in the face of problems such as pollution and waste management.
Graduates will acquire tools and competencies that will enable them to ensure the sustainable development of society, reconciling industrial competitiveness with respect for the environment. Graduates of the master’s degree will be prepared to work in sectors related to environmental engineering, water resource management and sustainability.

Internships
During the studies of the Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, students have the opportunity to carry out external internships that will allow them to bring their training closer to the reality of the professional environment.
These internships can be carried out in companies in the environmental sector, as well as in institutions related to water and environmental engineering, providing valuable experience that complements the theoretical training received in the master’s degree.

Master’s Thesis
To obtain the title of Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, you must defend a Master’s Thesis (TFM). This work will consist of a research project or a proposed solution to a problem related to the field of environmental engineering, addressing issues such as analysis, prevention and correction of environmental damage, environmental protection and improvement of environmental quality.
The TFM will allow you to demonstrate your ability to apply the knowledge acquired during the master’s degree and will be carried out under the supervision of a tutor.
