Description of the title

In an increasingly complex and globalized business world, organizations face significant challenges arising from rapid technological evolution, digital transformation and constant pressure to innovate and adapt. In this context, the ability to effectively manage companies, products and services has become a key competency to achieve sustainable success in the global marketplace. The Master’s Degree in Management of Enterprises, Products and Services (MUGEPS), offered by the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV), arises as a response to these demands of the business environment.

This 90 ECTS credit program is designed to train highly qualified professionals capable of leading business projects, developing new products and services and managing organizations with a strategic and international focus. One of the main strengths of MUGEPS is its comprehensive and multidisciplinary approach. The program ranges from operational management to senior management, providing students with the necessary tools to make informed decisions, optimize processes and maximize organizational efficiency.

The master’s degree is distinguished by its practical approach, with subjects that combine theory and practice, real case studies and the possibility of internships in prestigious companies. The multicultural environment and the use of English as the main language of the master’s program allow the development of linguistic and intercultural communication skills, essential for successful performance in international environments.

In addition, MUGEPS encourages participation in international mobility programs, such as ERASMUS, facilitating academic and cultural exchange and enriching the educational experience of students, offering a unique opportunity for those students interested in expanding their training internationally through the double degree with the Hochschule Ansbach in Bavaria, Germany. This double degree allows students to obtain, in addition to the UPV degree, the Master’s Degree in International Product and Service Management, thus expanding their job opportunities in an increasingly globalized market.

These are internships that students may perform on a voluntary basis during their training period and, although they have the same purposes as the curricular internships, they are not part of the Study Plan.
