Access requirements
The requirements for admission to the Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) include:
- Hold an official Spanish university degree or equivalent from a higher education institution of the European Higher Education Area that qualifies for access to master’s degree courses.
- Graduates from educational systems outside the European Higher Education Area are admitted, subject to verification that their training is equivalent to Spanish degrees and allows access to postgraduate studies in their country of origin.
- Professional experience in positions of responsibility and management of people will be an asset, especially for graduates in management areas and engineering graduates with an interest in management.
Admission for disabled students
For students with specific educational needs arising from a disability, appropriate support and counseling services will be established to assess the needs of curricular adaptations, itineraries or alternative studies, through the support of the CEDAT Foundation of the UPV.
The CEDAT Foundation of the UPV offers information and advice to members of the university community with disabilities, as well as accompaniment and support in the classroom. In addition, it provides technical aids for study to those members of the student body who, due to their special educational needs, require it. It also promotes and manages training and employment actions for this group, both inside and outside the UPV campuses, and offers different services from its Special Employment Center.
The foundation also carries out projects for the elimination of architectural and urban barriers, comprehensive accessibility plans, accessibility audits, project reviews, advice and design of ideal accessibility models.

Admission criteria
The criteria for admission to the Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) include:

Official university degree
Hold an official Spanish university degree or a degree issued by a higher education institution of another member state of the European Higher Education Area.
B
Graduates in educational systems outside the EHEA
Graduates from educational systems outside the European Higher Education Area can gain access without the need for homologation, provided they can prove an equivalent level of training.
C
Preferred academic and professional profile
Preferably aimed at graduates in Business Administration and Engineering with a management orientation, as well as other graduates with professional experience in positions of responsibility and people management.
Scholarships
Studies leading to an official university degree allow access to scholarships and grants. The Ministry of Education, the Generalitat Valenciana and the Universitat Politècnica de València itself offer various scholarships and grants.

General scholarships for students pursuing post-compulsory studies valid throughout the national territory. The scholarship will consist of exemption from payment of fees for the provision of university academic services (tuition fees), corresponding to subjects enrolled for the first time. Other fixed and variable amounts may also be obtained, if the requirements established for this purpose are met.

For the awarding of the scholarship it is necessary to prove administrative residence in the Valencian Community and not to exceed the income thresholds established by the call, as well as to comply with the general and academic requirements. The scholarship consists of the exemption from the payment of fees for the provision of university academic services (tuition fees), for subjects enrolled in first and second enrollment.
The Universitat Politècnica de València offers various scholarships or grants such as social action grants, canteen grants or collaboration training grants. There are also grants for sportsmen and women.

The Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) at the Universitat Politècnica de València offers the possibility of accessing various scholarships to facilitate the training of students. These scholarships are designed to support future managers and entrepreneurs in their academic and professional development.
A total of 25 places will be allocated for the 2024/2025 academic year, allowing a select number of students to receive financial support during their training. The scholarships will allow students to focus on their learning and development of management skills, ensuring that they can take full advantage of the opportunities offered by the program.
Access to pre-registration
Pre-registration for the UPV Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) requires applicants to validate themselves by using their DNI and PIN if they are UPV students. UPV staff must use their ID and UPVnet PIN. Applicants coming from other universities must request a password and PIN before pre-registration.
