ICT projects to be implemented in 2026

It has been published the final resolution of the ICT Project Portfolio 2026 approving the listing of the following projects accepted and planned for implementation during 2026. This process, coordinated by the Vice-Rector’s Office for Digital Transformation and developed by the Information and Communications Systems Area (ASIC), establishes the annual planning of the university’s ICT resources.

Of the 213 applications, 208 were finally evaluated after eliminating duplications, accumulating a total of 29,775 hours of work, which added to the hours required to complete the projects started in 2025, the overall demand amounts to 32,693 hours. However, the actual ASIC capacity by 2026 is 23,571 hours, which allows us to meet approximately 72% of the applications. Consequently, 154 projects have been accepted and planned for execution, and can be consulted in the Annex 1 of the resolution. Many of these projects correspond to the modernization of our applications, improving their usability and security.

Projects that could not be included due to lack of resources although they will not be implemented in 2026 due to capacity constraints, they could be activated if throughout the year hours are released or scheduling adjustments occur. These projects are available for consultation at Annex 2 of the resolution.
