Once the submission period closed, more than 200 applications for technological projects were received. This high level of participation reflects the strong commitment of the university community and the UPV to the continuous improvement of digital services and technological transformation.
Among the proposals, the following topics stand out:
- Digital transformation and new functionalities
- Technological migrations
- Process automation
- Academic and administrative management
- Improvements to existing platforms
- Regulatory and legal compliance projects
What happens now?
During November and December, the Technical Committee, the ICT Governance Committee and ASIC will carry out the technical and strategic assessment of the submitted proposals.
In December, the final list of accepted and rejected projects will be published, in accordance with the university’s guidelines, for execution in 2026.
Starting in January 2026, the selected projects will begin implementation through kickoff meetings, periodic follow-up sessions and a final evaluation.
