DPM- Deployment of Management Improvement Projects

Within the framework of the Strategic Plan_ SIRVE UPV, specifically in the excellence objective of “Improving the experience of different stakeholders, integrating management systems through collaboration between units”, the Vice-Rectorate for Planning, Academic Offering and Digital Transformation is working on various improvement projects. The implementation of these projects will allow simplifying, mechanizing and/or automating processes; improving connections between services; reducing work overload, eliminating tasks that do not add value to the service provided, eliminating rework and therefore, revaluing the processes.
