DPM_Order Form/Delivery Note Application
This tool facilitates the generation of the order form by entering the data of the work to be performed and, once it is completed, to register its delivery in order to proceed with its invoicing. It is an application for generic keys for the provision of R+D+i services, activities contracted by third parties for an amount not exceeding 15,000 euros VAT excluded, excluding non-regulated training activities.

DPM_Portal research
A tool has been developed to manage, justify and visualize all research projects in the same place, integrating different internal applications that automate data uploading and document generation. Communication and coordination between the actors involved in the justification process has been improved. It is being used in the justification of AVI projects as well as other types (national, European,…) of projects. Work continues on new challenges to achieve new integrations and functionalities.
DEDICA
In this DPM, the usability of DEDICA I+D+i (application for recording activity during the working day) has been improved, reducing the number of incidents and incorporating new functionalities. We are working on the integration with other applications and on the implementation of the electronic signature with UPV signature key.
Signature tray
This new tool will allow the centralization of signatures required from different UPV applications in which DEDICA will be one of the first integrations to be carried out, thus facilitating their management.
